Member of the U.S. House of Representatives from 1997 to 2001 who gained international recognition for his leading role in the Clinton impeachment trial. He was selected as a member of the Superior Court of California in 2006 by California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger. He dropped out of high school but would eventually earn a law degree from UCLA.
