Known best for hosting the popular BBC children's program Wacaday, this British television personality also presented the ITV show Wide Awake Club and the Brilliant TV series Timmy Towers. Also a radio host, he received two 1980s Radio Academy Awards. After earning a history degree from the University of Warwick, he began his broadcasting career at BBC Radio Oxford.
