Poet and linguist whose published works include Windings, From a Sequoia Journal, and The Development of the Paya Sound-System. He also prepared English translations of the poems of Jose Luis Quesada and Panuncio Isidoro Rafael. He attended the University of California, Berkeley and the University of California, Los Angeles.
