Poet and linguist whose published works include Windings, From a Sequoia Journal, and The Development of the Paya Sound-System. He also prepared English translations of the poems of Jose Luis Quesada and Panuncio Isidoro Rafael. He attended the University of California, Berkeley and the University of California, Los Angeles. He published his first poetry collection, Windings, in 1973.
