Russian pastry chef, cookbook author, and television host known for his award-winning desserts and online baking courses along with being the owner and head pastry chef of P tisserie Riviera Monte-Carlo. He is also known for sharing recipes, tutorials, and his life in Monaco on Instagram with over 460,000 followers. He graduated with honors from Moscow's Tsaritsyno College as a pastry chef and began his professional pastry career in Moscow. He founded the Confectionery House of Alexander Seleznev in 2004. He and business partner Nikolai Zhur took over P tisserie Riviera in Monaco in 2015.
