On her glutenfree.followme Instagram account, she shares gluten-free recipes, restaurant recommendations, product reviews, and tips for eating gluten-free. She has amassed over 140,000 followers on the platform. She graduated from Georgetown University and moved to New York City for a job in finance. Shortly after, she was diagnosed with celiac disease and had to learn how to navigate a gluten-free diet on her own. She began researching gluten-free foods which eventually inspired her to create her platform.
