Filipino celebrity chef and culinary entrepreneur known for appearing on television across several countries including serving as a celebrity judge on GMA's Kitchen Superstar, as a guest host on Curiosity Got the Chef, and as a guest chef on Fuse TV's Struggle Gourmet. He developed a deep connection to traditional Filipino cuisine while growing up. He pursued formal culinary training at the Center for Culinary Arts in Manila. He then studied at the South Western Sydney Institute in Australia.
