Otherwise known as Mountain Man, he is the neighbor of the Robertsons, the legendary family on A&E's Duck Dynasty. He has since released the 2014 book Mountain Man: Keepin' a Slow Profile. He moved around extensively throughout his youth, attending elementary school in Minnesota and then high school and community college in Tennessee.
