Famous for co-founding the successful Hilton & Hyland Southern California real estate firm, he is also well known as the grandson of Hilton Hotel chain founder Conrad Hilton and as the father of socialites Paris and Nicky Hilton. After earning a restaurant and hotel management degree from the University of Denver, he worked in New York City for the Eastdil Secure company.
