Known best for his decade-long role as Brian Tilsley on the ITV soap opera Coronation Street, Quinten also appeared in episodes of Doctors and Surgical Spirit. After beginning his entertainment career as a London West End musical theater dancer, he made his screen acting debut in the 1978 Tatum O'Neal feature International Velvet.
