Personal trainer for women who created the Bikini Body Training Guide. She would become a social media phenomenon on Twitter, YouTube and most notably on Instagram where she has gained a following of more than 5 million. She began taking personal training courses at the Australian Institute of Fitness in 2008 before working at a "women's only" personal training center. She would leave the facility to start her own company.
