After making his television debut in a 1978 episode of the series The Devil's Crown, this British actor played recurring roles on Crime Traveller and The Bill and acted in several films, including The Borrowers, Flash Gordon, and Lighthouse. After studying at London's famous Royal Academy of Dramatic Art (RADA), he helped found a theater company called Shared Experience.
