Did Miley Cyrus choose her dad, Billy Ray Cyrus, to serve as an advisor on “The Voice” only because he begged her to be on the show? That’s the ridiculous claim in one of this week’s new tabloids, but Gossip Cop has the truth.
It was recently announced that Billy Ray would help coach his daughter’s team on the upcoming season of the NBC reality competition series, but the National Enquirer is now claiming the country star wasn’t Miley’s first choice. A supposed “source” tells the magazine, “Billy made it clear that having him on the number-one music show on TV would be good for his career, and Miley just couldn’t say no.”
The outlet’s dubious insider goes on to note that Joe Jonas will team up with coach Adam Levine, Rascal Flatts will help Blake Shelton, and Kelly Rowland will assist Jennifer Hudson, but Miley “is stuck with her dad.” The “source” adds, “Making him happy is more important to her than winning. She’s a great daughter and family is everything to her.”
....IT'S HAPPENING AGAIN!!! TONIGHT!!!
