Andy Grammer: Detroit Lions Thanksgiving Day Halftime Show Performer

Singer Andy Grammer was picked as the Thanksgiving Day Halftime Show Performer at the game between the Detroit Lions and Minnesota Vikings in Detroit on November 24. Grammer shot to fame with the success of his first two singles, "Keep Your Head Up" and "Fine By Me" in 2011.

Since then, Grammer has had hits with "Honey, I'm Good," "Good To Be Alive (Hallelujah)" and his latest single, "Fresh Eyes." He's also recorded two albums, 2011's Andy Grammer and 2014's Magazines or Novels.

Grammer has a history of performing at pro sports events. He was tapped to sing the National Anthem before a game during the 2015 World Series between the New York Mets and Kansas city Royals. The 31-year-old Los Angeles native also performed the National Anthem before the 2016 AFC Championship Game in Denver between the Broncos and Patriots. He also sand the anthem at a game during the 2016 NBA Finals.
