Egyptian-American taxi driver and convicted murder. In 2008 he shot and killed his two daughters, Amina and Sarah. For 12 years he evaded arrest, 6 of which he was listed on the FBI's 10 Most Wanted Fugitives List. He was finally captured August 26, 2020 in Justin, Texas. He was born in Sinai, Egypt. He came to the U.S. in 1983 on a student visa. He married Patricia "Tissie" Owens in February 1987 when he was 30 and she was 15.
