Bio:
British politician who is known for having served as a Member of Parliament representing the Hackney North and Stoke Newington. She is a member of the Labour Party which allowed her to hold positions in the Labour Shadow Cabinets as well as the Shadow Home Secretary. She studied history at Newnham College at Cambridge University. She started her career working as a reporter for Thames Television and TV AM.
