Bio:
Chef who is famous as the owner and proprietor of the Mina Group of his self-titled restaurants in San Francisco and Las Vegas, which has earned him a Michelin star. He released his first cookbook Michael Mina: The Cookbook in November 2006 to critical acclaim. He began his collegiate career at the University of Washington, where he worked at a high paced restaurant in the Space Needle.
