Casting director who is known for casting and working on a variety of feature films and television series including The Martian, Now You See Me, and The Knick. She is best known for finding kids to star in the popular Netflix original series Stranger Things. Her introduction to entertainment came when she was asked to star in the MTV reality series The Real World. Instead, she asked for a behind the scenes internship. She then began working under Margery Simkin on films such as Erin Brockovich and Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas.
