Remembered for such satirical and humorous short stories as "The Interlopers," "The Schartz-Metterklume Method," and "Tobermory," he also co-wrote a play titled The Watched Pot. Born Hector Hugh Munro, he wrote under the pen name of Saki. In the early 1890s, he served in Burma as a member of the Indian Imperial Police.Sponsored Links
