Bio:
Stage and screen actor who earned a 1958 Tony nomination for his role of Marcellus Washburn in the original Broadway production of The Music Man. He also appeared in such popular television shows as Gunsmoke, The Waltons, and The Rockford Files. He studied at the Bessie V. Hicks School of Drama.
