Bio:
The author of The Night Cache (novella) and The Pottawatomie Giant (short stories), he is known for his works of science fiction and fantasy, as well as for the southern settings of his short stories and novellas. His works have been nominated for the prestigious Hugo and Nebula Awards. He worked for the Greensboro News & Record in North Carolina after graduating from the University of South Carolina.
