Put on the map by E! Network's Hollywood Cycle, he became one of the most sought after personal trainers in the Los Angeles area. E! Network cast him and his sister in the reality show Spun Out in 2015. He played football, basketball, and ran track in high school, after which he gained a football scholarship to UC Davis. There he studied communications, African American studies, and sociology.
