Bio:
A popular Maori singer in New Zealand, her music influences come from reggae, hip hop, and soul. She was also a television presenter on Maori TV's AIA Marae DIY from 2012 to 2013. Her self-titled, debut EP won Best Maori Album at the 2012 New Zealand Music Awards. She performed the Maori performing arts style Kapa Haka from early childhood and joined the Kapa Haka group Waka Huia.
