Bio:
Canadian defenceman who made his NHL debut with the Detroit Red Wings in 2011. He previously spent three years playing college hockey at the University of Wisconsin, where he was a finalist for the Hobey Baker Award. He grew up in Etobicoke, Ontario and began playing for the Wexford Raiders in the Ontario Provincial Junior A Hockey League in 2005.
