Beginning in the early 1980s, this regional speech expert built a career as one of the British and American film industries' leading dialect coaches. He worked with such renowned actors as Cate Blanchett, Robert Downey, Jr., and Pierce Brosnan. Before beginning his career as a dialect coach, he trained as an actor at both the Arts Educational School and the Central School of Speech and Drama.
