She is also known for sharing wrestling, fitness, lifestyle, and behind-the-scenes content on TikTok and Instagram which has helped her amass over 120,000 TikTok followers and 90,000 Instagram followers. She competed in swimming and bodybuilding before entering the world of professional wrestling. She began her in-ring career in 2023 under her real name before adopting the ring name Zena Sterling. Her big break came in 2025 when she competed on the first season of WWE LFG: Legends & Future Greats and finished as the women's runner-up.
