He is also known for his TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube accounts under the handle @tariqforkeeps where he shares music releases, live performance updates, behind the scenes content, and promotional clips for his songs with his followers. He discovered his love for music when he was around 12 years old. He began taking music seriously in 2018 and first experimented with trap rap before developing his R&B and Afrobeats style. He was discovered by Chocolate City in 2021 after an Instagram video of him freestyling went viral and he was signed to Nutrybe Records.
