Mexican drug lord and former high-ranking member of the Sinaloa Cartel. He is also known as "El Vicentillo". In March of 2009 he was arrested in Mexico City on narco-trafficking related charges, then extradited to the US to stand trial. He was charged with trafficking more than a billion dollars worth of heroin and cocaine. In May of 2019 he was sentenced to 15 years in prison. Due to his cooperation in providing information on other members of the cartel, his sentence was reduced. His full name is Vicente Zambada Niebla Vicente Zambada Niebla.
