Actress who has gained acclaim for her stage work, TV, and film. She won the Laurence Olivier Award for Best Actress for her work in the 2019 staging of the Tennessee Williams play Summer and Smoke. She studied theater at Birmingham University. She later studied at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art.
