Samba artist who built a rabid fanbase through such releases as Sambas e Bossas (2004) and Pra se Ter Alegria (2009). Her album Del rio no Circo (2016) was nominated for a Latin Grammy Award for Best Samba/Pagode Album.' She began her career by competing on the Globo TV reality show Fama.
