Bassist best known as a founding member of the American blues rock act Alabama Shakes. His band's sophomore LP, Sound & Color, (2015), debuted at number one on the Billboard album charts and won four Grammy Awards.' He was working at an animal clinic when he joined Alabama Shakes.
