Iranian taekwondo practitioner who rose to widespread fame after his silver medal finish at the 2013 World Taekwondo Championships. He would later go on to earn a gold medal at the 2016 World Taekwondo Grand Prix.' He first competed in taekwondo at the international level in 2011. He first competed at the Military World Games.
