Session musician who rose to fame playing bass guitar for the alternative rock band Vertical Horizon. In 2000, he co-wrote pop singer Robin Thicke's hit single "Lost Without U." He received his first bass guitar in 1985 and would go on to attend the Berklee College of Music.
