Ram Buxani is the president of the global ITL Group, a diversified company covering consumer electronics, IT, textiles, real estate and banking. Buxani is previously served as director of IndusInd Bank in India. He is the chairman of Veeram International Ltd, BVI and is on the board of IndusInd International Holdings, Mauritius, and Al Razouki International Exchange Co, Dubai. He is also on the board of Sanjay-Gulf Industries (Pvt.) and Cosmos-Sanjay Textile Mills Pvt, Amritsar (Punjab). The abolition of estate duty in India is a result of his efforts to serve the NRI community.
