American author who co-founded the mission-based company, Quiet Revolution. She started the phenomenon after the success of her non-fiction book, Quiet: The Power of introverts in a World That Can't Stop Talking. She later wrote the follow-up, Quiet Power: The Secret Strengths of Introverts. She first worked as an attorney after graduating with a doctorate degree from Harvard Law School in 1993.
