Famous for his role as Harry on the 1970s British sitcom The Squirrels and for his portrayal of Llewellyn Ap Caradog on the early 2000s BBC comedy series The Green Green Grass, he is also notable for playing Tancred Taylour on Foxy Lady and Bernie on Making Out. Early in his career, he guest starred on the police drama The Sweeney.
