Professional soccer player best known as a midfielder for AFC Bournemouth. He has also served as a member of the Republic of Ireland National team and has played for a number of other football clubs including Woking, Wellington United, and Staines Town. He began his youth career at Charlton Athletic and made his professional debut with the club in 2007.
