Businessman and politician who led the Nicaraguan Democratic Force and managed the bank accounts that allowed for the purchase of supplies and weaponry. He attended the University of Notre Dame and Syracuse University in the United States, before moving back to Nicaragua and managing a Coca-Cola bottling plant.
