Active speaker and entrepreneur in the coffee industry who founded Square Mile Coffee Roasters. He was the World Barista Champion in 2007 and is the author of The World Atlas of Coffee. He worked in music publishing, as a croupier in a casino, and in the wine industry, among other things.
