Prolific B-movie director who was credited with more than 250 films, sometimes working on as many as 20 at a time for PRC Pictures. He joined PRC in 1939 and was paid only $500 per picture, which meant he had to turn out his works at a very accelerated pace: about a week of shooting per movie.
