In the late 1990s and early 2000s, this Republican Party politician served in both the Oregon House of Representatives and the Oregon Senate. He attempted to secure the 2006 Republican nomination for the Oregon gubernatorial race, but ultimately lost to Ron Saxton. After studying history and political science at Southern Oregon State College, he received his MBA from Willamette University.
