American Language Poet known for The Fast, Spoke, Clairvoyant Journal, and other collections. Several of her works, including Little Books/Indians, deal with political issues affecting Native Americans. She graduated from Radcliffe College in 1950. Two decades later, she published her debut poetry collection.
