Famous for her role as Joyce Barnaby on the ITV series Midsomer Murders, Wymark is also notable for her earlier portrayal of Morwenna Chynoweth Whitworth on the BBC series Poldark. Early in her career, she appeared in three 1975 episodes of the television series Rooms.
