Midfielder who was the first Greek to participate in the English Premiership; he went by George Donis in England. His youth career lasted from 1986 until 1990, during which he played for Pavlos Melas, Panathinaikos, Athinaikos, and Panargiakos; he signed with PAS Giannina in 1990.
