Famous as the son of R&B singer Solange Knowles and the nephew of multi-Grammy-winning vocalist Beyonce, he was born when his mother was seventeen years old. A year and a half before Daniel Julez's birth, his mother released her debut album Solo Star. The year her son was born, Knowles also launched an acting career, appearing in the comedy movie Johnson Family Vacation and in an episode of the series One on One.
