Perhaps most notable for her portrayal of Joanna Jordan in the New Zealand soap opera Shortland Street, she is also known for her role as Georgie Shaw in the 1981 thriller Smash Palace. Before beginning her acting career, she earned a law degree from the University of Auckland.
