British politician who took office in 2010 as Prime Minister of the United Kingdom. He helped form and lead the first coalition government of the United Kingdom since the Second World War and was his nation's youngest Prime Minister in almost two hundred years. He attended Eton College in Berkshire, England and later worked as an adviser to British Home Secretary Michael Howard. He went on to serve as First Lord of the Treasury and as Minister of the Civil Service.
