This Democratic Party politician served in both the Oklahoma House of Representatives and the Oklahoma State Senate. He was elected to the former governing body when he was only twenty-two years old and to the latter at age twenty-five. After graduating from the University of Oklahoma in 2005, he interned with the Oklahoma Senate's one-time President Pro Tempore.
