Though he also appeared in the respective BBC and ITV programs The Love School and Lillie, this actor is most famous for playing King George IV in Prince Regent; Paul Ryman in Ever Decreasing Circles; and Hogarth in Big Breadwinner Hog. He appeared in his first television role -- Seth Starkadder in the BBC version of Cold Comfort Farm -- in 1968.
