Top 12 finalist on the 14th season of American Idol who previously competed on the X Factor and America's Got Talent. He has won multiple local contests, including Ole Miss Idol, and released a debut EP called Music Therapy in 2011. Before he was even 10 years old, he would make up humorous original songs to make his family laugh. He received a beginner's first guitar when he was 7, and after begging his parents, received an actual guitar when he was 9. He later learned to play the drums, piano and violin.
